Image Founded in 1975, ASTRO-TEX CO., INC. is a premier manufacturer and supplier of standard and custom rubber extrusions. We offer one of the widest ranges of materials and durometers available to industry today, and have the capacity to extrude both simple shapes and complex profiles up to 4" wide in lengths from 100' to 500' for smaller profiles and in 10'-25' for larger or coiled product. High precision dies combined with agile and efficient production in our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility enables us to maintain tight RMA A3 tolerances for commercial products. Among the materials we work with are Neoprene, Buna-N, Fluoroelastomer, EPDM, SBR, flexible PVC and silicone. Available in a large choice of durometers and temperature tolerances, our rubber extruded products have application in many industries, including oil & gas, agricultural, medial, and electronics, and heavy duty equipment.

From prototyping to low or high volume production, we are a one-stop solution for all of your rubber product requirements. We offer short lead times as well as inventory and stocking programs to meet your JIT delivery needs.
